This volume is devoted to descriptions of buildings, clubs, &c., and includes chapters on Harvard baseball, rowing, numerous societies, &c. The views are excellent and include "Memorial Hall," an interior shot of "Room No. 1, Little Block," baseball players on "Jarvis Field," &c., &c. Contributers include J. R. Lowell (BAL 13148), Cranch (BAL 4045), R. H. Dana, Jr. (BAL 4480), Holmes (BAL 8899), T.W. Higginson (BAL 8290) and other notables. Very early American work to contain heliotypes.
