Not in LCP/HSP Afro-Americana Catalogue or Blockson. Contains an interesting account of underground railroad activities in the Republican neighborhoods near Alamo, Indiana. One "conductor" was Thomas Elmore. The narrative begins in earnest with the Dred Scott decision in 1857 and proceeds through the War. Both interesting and scarce.
