Lincoln-Lowenstein 116. B & B 6022, with incorrect collation. First cookbook by an American as far west as Cincinnati. Lincoln-Lowenstein record a rare Hamilton, Ohio printing of Mackenzie's Five Thousand Receipts in 1830. Barnum, editor of the United States Agriculturalist and Farmer's Reporter, was also the author of the Cooper plagarism, the Spy Unmasked . Published in 1828, it is advertised on p. 400.
