BAL 20413, note & 20417, note; both discuss this first English edition, the two titles published together. The American editions were 1864 and 1865. The last leaf contains a publisher's note on the choice of these titles on "the Great American Civil War," as well as a note to the binder. This English Trowbridge edition is very scarce.
