S & S 31831, under Johnson. Howes J 127 does not locate any American edition (records only 18th century editions, but notes that Johnson may be a pseudonym for Daniel Defoe.) Howes C 144 for the Haverhill 1825 edition, remarking: "An earlier edition may have appeared at Norwich 1814." Moore, A Checklist of the Writings of Daniel Defoe, 458 (1724 edition).
