Broadside printed in black and white in six columns, without typographical border, 30" x 21." Untrimmed & very good margins, fraying in top left margin, text unaffected. Very rare. $1,600.00

President Jackson's famous proclamation of December 10, 1832, in which he denounced nullification as treason and told the people of South Carolina that he proposed to enforce the laws of the United States. Streeter III, 1738 for an eight column broadside (printed on paper), probably printed in Washington. Imprints does not record a Pennsylvania printing. Pamphlet editions were reprinted in Harrisburg during the Civil War.
