Shoemaker 20877. LCP Negro History Catalogue, 59: "Mrs. Heyrick's pamphlet is, according to D.L. Dumond, among the twenty-five best abolitionist works. A masterpiece of analysis and erudition, it contributed significantly to the abolition of slavery in the West Indies." This work converted Wilberforce to immediate emancipation. Very scarce edition.
