ALS, Rio de Janeiro, Aug. 20, 1849. “Dear Folks”. 8” x 12.5”. 6 pp. Folds, browning, slight tears at folds. Very legible.

Photos range from CDV to 4" x 6" pasted in; sepia tones, identified in Spanish in ink with dates. Some fading, water damage, few small holes in diplomas, edge tears, overall very good.
